Returns Policy

Customized Products
A. Customized/personalized tenpin balls, pins, shoes and glass awards are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on customized/personalized products. Orders for customized/personalized tenpin balls, pins, shoes and glass awards orders cannot be cancelled after the order is placed.

B. Please note, once the customer gives approval and/or submits the order, no exchanges or returns are permitted. Artwork and designs may appear slightly different once printed and therefore may not match the color/design as seen on your computer/phone screen. These slight differences can include, but are not limited to, colors, logos, patterns and text. By approving the design and placing the order the customer accepts full responsibility for the final bowling ball, pin, shammy, glass or other OTB custom products.

Drilled Bowling Balls
Drilled bowling balls may not be returned for any reason other than a manufacturer defect. Ball fit is not guaranteed by ontheballbowling.com. Drilling charges cannot be reimbursed.

Non-Customized / Stock Product Return
Non-Customized/Stock Product can be returned for refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product returned must be new, unused, undrilled or not worn. If you will NOT be purchasing another product, there is a 20% re-stocking fee. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping costs and insurance costs for the return to our warehouse. The initial shipping cost paid will not be refunded.

Non-Customized / Stock Product Exchange
Non-Customized/Stock Product can be exchanged for the same product within 30 days from date of delivery. The product returned must be new, unused, undrilled or not worn. If you are exchanging for a different product of the same value, there is a 20% re-stocking fee. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs for the return to our warehouse.

Incorrect Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at 888-2-GO-BOWL (888-246-2695) or email customerservice@ontheballbowling.com.
Please refer to your order number. We will arrange for your item to be returned for replacement.

Damaged Item Received
If the you receive an item that is damaged and want to return it,  please follow these simple steps:
1. Email Customer Service (customerservice@ontheballbowling.com) with a description of the damage and
photos of the product (and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping). Include your order number
and telephone number along with the best time to reach the you.
2. If the you are not able to send images of the damage, call us at 888-2-GO-BOWL (888-246-2695) ext 0.
