Product Exchange - Jackets, Bags, Shoes, College Products
All products can be exchanged 7 days from date of delivery. If the customer would like to exchange a product that is NOT defective or worn for a different product or size, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our warehouse. Any differences in shipping charges will be charged accordingly.
Products returned for exchange must be new, unused and in the original packaging. Please contact customer service at 1-888-2-Go-Bowl (888-246-2695) extension 110 to get your Return Authorization (RA). Please reference your order number. Please complete the Return Authorization (RA) Form enclosed in your package, keep a photocopy and enclose the completed RA form with your return.
Incorrect or Damaged Item Received
If you have received the wrong item or if your item is damaged, please contact customer service at 1-888-2-Go-Bowl (888-246-2695) extension 110. Please reference your order number. We will arrange for your item to be returned for replacement. Please complete the Return Authorization (RA) Form enclosed in your package, keep a photocopy and enclose the completed RA form with your return.

Personalized Product Return Policy
If you ordered personalized product from ontheballbowling.com, we're sorry but we can't offer you a return. All sales are final on personalized products.
Stock Image Return
We have a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. If you return a product that is NOT defective, worn, used or drilled and will NOT be purchasing another product, there is a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and insurance cost for the return to our warehouse. The initial shipping cost paid will not be refunded.

If you would like to exchange a product that is NOT defective, worn, used or drilled for a different product, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs to our warehouse. There will also be a 20% re-stocking fee. Products returned must be new, unused, undrilled and in the original packaging.
-Any OTB ball used as a house ball will not be covered under warranty beyond 90 days of purchase, an order number required if submitting for warranty.
-Any OTB 6 lbs ball will not be covered under warranty unless proven defective due to manufacturing issue, an order number required if submitting for warranty. Ball must be new, undrilled, unused, and in original packaging.
-Any OTB ball under 10 lbs with adult drilling will not be covered under warranty.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims
If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim please contact Customer Service at 1-866-OTB-BOWL. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period of 1 year, we will ship you (free of charge) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with OnTheBallBowling.com.

Damaged Item Received
If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps.
1. Email us at email@example.com with a description of the damage and photos of the product (and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping to you). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you.
2. If you are not able to send images of the damage please call us at 1-866-OTB-BOWL (1-866-682-2695) and leave a voice mail message.
