Kelly Kulick of Union, NJ has made HERstory again!  With her third major win at the Women’s US Open earlier this month, Kelly is proving that she’s the top woman bowler in the world.  In early 2010 Kelly proved to the men of the PBA that she wasn’t just a great woman bowler, but she was a bowler that could compete with the men and beat them!

Kelly won the PBA Tournament of Champions in January then in April she took home the tiara at the USBC’s Queens Tournament.  Then in May she took home the US Open title beating another great bowler, Liz Johnson for the title.

Onkellykulick_otbball_1TheBallBowling.com created a custom, one-of-a-kind bowling ball celebrating Kelly’s feat when she beat Chris Barnes on the PBA telecast for the Tournament of Champions title.  Brian Bever, East Coast Sales Manager presented Kelly the custom ball during a PBA stop in Maryland.

Kelly’s popularity has grown since her win over Barnes just as Betty White’s spiked again when she graced the Snickers Super Bowl commerical.  Facebook was a huge part in getting Betty White to host Saturday Night Live (SNL) with over 500,000 Facebook users joining the page “Betty White to Host SNL”.  Well, Kelly has a page like that as well on Facebook but hers is directed towards being on the cover of Sports Illustrated.  Join the page “Kelly Kulick should get a cover spot in a future issue of SI” and maybe we’ll be able to see one of the best female bowlers of our time grace the cover!
